I have been an artist all my life producing a variety of work of a personal nature that ranges from abstract to figurative. For the last 10 years, I have had the opportunity to express myself on a much grander scale, painting for public spaces for MSC Cruise Lines. In this capacity I have been able to create work that needs to fit within preordained spatial and aesthetic parameters and architectural visions. Working in this manner has taught me to develop a total vision not only of the individual paintings, their composition, subject matter colors, etc… but to also take into careful consideration the surroundings in which they hang and how they affect the mood of an individual place. It’s important to understand what an architect or designer has in mind for a particular venue and how my work can be used to enhance that vision. The paintings shown on my website were created specifically for MSC Cruises.
